I think it's logical to have a counselor come and pick them up. Maybe a small team of people. I'm more interested in how we find these recruits. Is there some kind of global tracking system or are there just goat people everywhere to smell them out?

Well, Azri does research, tracks weird occurrences, so maybe Azri can send people out with slips of paper for what they're looking for. The whole time line thing helps her trace gods/goddesses to their offspring? Like she can feel where they are but not exactly who they are or what they look like?
