Name: Azarinian Melolini
Chosen Name: Az or Azri
Age: 20
Mythology:Greek
Parent:Chronos the primordial god of time (Not to be confused with cronus, titan father of Zeus)
Appearance: Azri is an average height of around 5'4. She's well built but not skinny. Her hair hangs in golden/red layers down to below her shoulders. With her pale skin, it's hard to believe she has any trace of Greece in her. It's her eyes though that are most startling. Her right eye is the green human color while the left is golden. When she's among human her gold eye is simply on odd color, but when she relaxes, inside her eye gears can be seen whirring like the insides of a clock. She has sharp angular cheekbones but her nose is slightly bent having been broken.
Actions of the Mind
Personality: Overall, Azri is highly intelligent. She is kind to people and enjoys being with them. However, Azri is an extreme "mama duck" and will go to great lengths to protect those she deems to be in her care. Emotionally, she pretends to be there but has some issues due to the abandonment by her mother at the camp.
Character Strengths: Azri (obviously) has an incredible sense of time. Even blindfolded in the dark and upside down she could tell you the time. Startling good sense of direction and a decent ability to pick up on emotions.
Character Weaknesses: Unfortunately, she is rarely ON time though (no one knows why). Terrible at comforting people. Gets flustered sometimes when backed into a corner and since she did grow up at the camp, is a little bit odd around humans.
Additional Information
Physical Abilities: Azri is exceptional at hand to hand combat, but this is through practice. Teachers took her weapons away after learning how much of a klutz she was. Both a special and physical ability way, Azri is chronologically older than she looks and acts. Her father, although unbeknownst to Azri, slowed down her life-line. (*Explained in history)
Special Abilities: Az has a pretty good handle on Time. By running her fingers through the air around someone she can see their time line. She can pause time for seconds every so often, or a big chunk of time at personal risk. Her abilities can also leave golden fingerprints with people and can observe them in her clockwork eye. Her time abilities she refers to as magic (it's easier that way she says) and the use of her magic results in a drain on her own system.

Character Story
History: Chronos had made a trip to Earth once before, and that was to create time. His second trip to Earth was to create an offspring. Chronos seduced Azri's mother so that he could have a child and then vanished, never to be seen again. Driven institutionally insane, Azri's mother was checked into a mental ward where she had Azri but immediately abandoned her by taking her own life. Azri was a ward of the state for a year before legal documents (presumably from her father) were sent, whisking Azri off to the camp. There she was raised and trained extensively to control the power of the time magic. Within time (and not without some very klutzy mishaps including getting stuck in her own rabbit snare) Azri had control over her power and became a counselor at 18. This is where she started her most complex time manipulation which led to the discovery that food is the quicker-picker-upper. At 19 she observed the human world and at 20 she finally started the job of camper-collector. As mentioned above Azri is chronologically older than she looks and acts. Her father, although unbeknownst to Azri, slowed down her life-line so that she could perceive more of time. By doing this though and for punishment Chronos was banished from the human realm for as long as his only daughter could live and then one hundred years after that. Since Azri has zero connection with Chronos she can't tap into his time power which is why she tires after extensive time magic.
Relations: No siblings. Azri is a fan of being in love but is absolutely terrible at it.
