Basics
Name: Mansk Bantu
Chosen Name:Just Mansk, seriously, not Manny, Man etc, he will be pissed
Age: 20
Mythology: Egyptian
Parent: Horus, God of war, the sky, and falcons
Appearance: Mansk is tall (6"7) and lean, obsessed with his abs and his happy trail. For being of Egyptian decent he's rather pale. He has striking green eyes and heavy brows but a delicate chin and sensual lips. Most noticeable, since he literally always has no shirt on (clothing is for the flightless he says) is the amount of tattoos he has. Predominantly among those is his chest piece of wings around an hourglass (more to come on this). Other tattoos include an hourglass on his lower arm, a mask on his upper arm, some rose work on the other arm.
Actions of the Mind
Personality: Mansk is overall pretty laid back. The one thing that really gets his goat is when someone calls him something other than his given name-he was teased about it in high school. He gets nervous very easily, but tends to play it off by speaking a mile a minute. Mansk absolutely hates unintelligence and power lines (* to be explained)
Character Strengths: Being the son of the god of war, Mansk is an incredible fighter, especially hand to hand. (Think Sherlock Holmes type of fighting, figuring moves before they happen). Put a weapon in his hands and he's got it down but prefers his own hands a feet. He's very genial and is literally the best (and a pretty attractive) shoulder to cry on. He rarely gets upset himself, but he loves to comfort and cuddle people and since he's so tall, he generally cuddles people by picking them up.
Character Weaknesses: The incredible touchy-ness with his name. Gets flustered when he doesn't have an answer for something and talks a mile a minute.
Additional Information
Physical Abilities: Little bit of extra healing, in great shape, incredible fighter.
Special Abilities: Mansk can fucking fly. Hell yeah, you heard that. That tattoo on his chest? Tattooed by an Egyptian priest with blessed ashes of a Mummy, the wings/hourglass tattoo and the hourglass tattoo on his wrist interact. All he has to do is use is right hand (hand the hourglass is on) and turn the hourglass on his chest. The tattoo of course doesn't actually turn, but tattoo sand appears and begins to trickle from the top to the bottom. From the first turn, his physicality changes and he sprouts massive, MASSIVE (like we're talking his own wingspan 6.6 ft, plus at least 10 ft per side to even thing about getting lift, physics speaking- So, we're looking at like, a 30 ft wingspan or so). Then has to rotate it back after the time runs out and waits out the 'refractory period' until he can fly again. Aside from the flying and the really good fighting, Mansk is very intelligent, and that's about it.
Aware or Unaware: Aware-Counselor-Likes to give little kids rides around camp. (People MUST ride on his back considering his arms turn into wings.) Part of security team at night- by day he teaches "The History of Flight and the Physics that follow" and "Weapons From Nothing"

History: Horus and a librarian got together 20 years ago, and then bam, Mansk. He grew up in Egypt until he was shipped off to his aunt and uncle in the states so he could go to school. Didn't help that mom dragged him around burial sites where, at 5, was recognized by a priest and tattooed to unlock his ability of flight. When he was transferred to the states, the priest came with him, adding to the tattoos as often as he could to give Mansk the most flight time possible. With his odd name, Mansk had problems in high school and after that ditched college to do a year of MMA fighting before being shipped off to camp by his aunt and uncle who thought it would be a good summer job- at first he resented the place, people seemed to treat him like a child but he learned to love it and took a full time job there starting this summer. For now, he's been looking into college schooling but is arriving to the camp once his last test is over.
Relations: Somehow related to....? Who'd we say? Blaze? Luna? Willow? Incest, wait....what?
